Hi, I’m Jasmine, an accounting professional with over five years of experience helping businesses find clarity and confidence in their finances.
I’ve worked under CPAs supporting clients of all sizes. From sole proprietors and real estate agents to hotel groups and multi-location franchises. While my focus is bookkeeping, I also have experience preparing tax returns and working closely with tax preparers, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of how day-to-day bookkeeping connects to the bigger financial picture. That means smoother tax seasons and better communication between you and your tax pro.
Above all, I love helping real people feel supported, organized, and empowered to grow.
Who is Betty?
I named my business Betty Books after my grandma, Betty Anderson. Although she passed away in 2005, I have fond memories of visiting her in Indiana for Christmas and always admired her quiet strength.
I decided in high school that I wanted to become an accountant, long before I learned that my grandma had been one too. As a widowed single mom of four, she worked as an accountant for General Motors, one of Indiana’s largest employers at the time. Discovering that connection later made me feel deeply close to her and proud to follow in her footsteps.
Naming my business after her is my way of honoring her resilience and independence, and carrying her legacy forward through the work I do today.
